Rental terms
The simple rules for every rental
Plain words, no small print. If anything is unclear, call us and we will explain.
Before you collect
- Bring your original driving licence for the type of vehicle you are renting.
- Bring a photo ID such as an Aadhaar card, passport or voter ID.
- Pay the refundable deposit shown on the vehicle page when you collect it.
Price and deposit
- Each vehicle has a price for a full day. Short trips are charged by the hour, but never more than the day price.
- Some vehicles have a higher weekend price. It is shown on the vehicle page.
- Your deposit is returned when the vehicle comes back in the same condition.
Fuel and time
- Fuel is not included. Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel.
- If you return late, the extra hours are charged at the hourly price.
- If your plans change, call us as early as you can.
Driving safely
- Helmets are a must for the rider and the passenger on two wheelers. We give you two.
- Please do not smoke inside our cars.
- Tell us before you book if you plan to drive outside Himachal Pradesh.
- Traffic fines during your rental are paid by you.
If something goes wrong
- Call us straight away if the vehicle has a problem or if there is an accident.
- We check the vehicle with you when you return it.
